What Constitutes an Incorrect Login Attempt?

The following actions are seen by the QICLINK system as an incorrect login attempt:

• Wrong password
• Correct password in wrong case
• Pressing ``ENTER'' in the password field.

Surprisingly enough, pressing enter on the password field causes a significant amount of operator code locks.
